There are two houses on the plot, the main house and a guest house (attached to the main one). At the entrance to the chalet, there is private parking for two cars.

We can access the guest house through an intermediate terrace with BBQ. The house has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and an American kitchen. There is a small balcony with BBQ and a staircase to go up to the terrace-solarium and also to go down to the pool.
The buildings are surrounded by a beautiful mature garden with fruit trees. The total area of the buildings is 256 sqm. The total area of the plot is 1020 square metres. The first building has the possibility to install a balcony with mountain views.
