Where is Orihuela Costa?
Orihuela Costa is one of the most famous and picturesque Spanish coastlines. It stretches from Torrevieja to Mil Palmeras and is the southern part of the Costa Blanca area. However, the city of Orihuela is not located directly by the sea. It is located 20 km inland.
The coast is administratively divided into smaller areas and urbanisations. It consists of places, such as: Villamartin, Cabo Roig, Campo Amor, Aquamarina, Playa Flamenca, Los Dolses, La Florida, Los Altos and Los Balcones. In addition, the city of Orihuela includes 101 thousand inhabitants. In total, Europeans constitute the largest number of foreigners and the most numerous people living in the Orihuela are the British.
