Properties in Santa Pola
Santa Pola is a seaside town on the Costa Blanca. In the fourth century BC, the Iberians began trading with the Greeks in the Spanish Santa Pola. In addition, the Romans enlarged the port, which has affected the maritime trade. In the 16th century, the city was plagued by frequent attacks of pirates. On the nearby island of Tabarca there was a hideout for buccaneers. All in all, the invasions ended with the construction of a defensive castle and watchtowers.
Today Santa Pola has about 32 thousand inhabitants. It is a beautifully situated city with beaches, a port and numerous tourist attractions. The close proximity to the airport and other tourist resorts makes Santa Pola a very attractive place to invest in.
