You enter a hall with the first bedroom on the left, then the kitchen which opens up to the living room with a breakfast bar. Then there is another bedroom and the tastefully renovated bathroom.
The apartment has air conditioning for both heating and cooling.
In the community there is a large, shared pool and a shared roof terrace. The pool is currently being renovated and will be ready for the swimming season.
There are two lifts in the property.
It is only 350 meters to the shallow and child-friendly Acequión beach.
In the area there are several cozy bars and restaurants and there is also a health center that is open around the clock.
