The apartment is in the heart of Sabinillas and second line to both the beach and the promenade, everything is walking distance. This superb location lends itself to those who are not fond of driving to all amenities, even the supermarket is only a ten minute walk.
The complex has just been painted and is well maintainted with the Andalucia feel.
The hallway leads to a fully equipped kitchen on the right with a door leading to a small utility terrace.
