This apartment is on the second line of the beach - south-east facing with sea views from the terrace!
It consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them ensuite. From the kitchen you can go directly to the covered terrace which has about 15m2 and open views of the urbanization and the sea.
From the master bedroom there is also access to the terrace. The terrace is big enough for dining table and sitting area- in one corner - but invisible you have the laundry area with washing machine and dryer. If there is a lot of sun you can close the sunshields and they keep you cool and shady.
The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning, good quality windows, a garage space and a 6 m2 storage room.
The apartment is very comfortable - ideal for vacations or also as a residential apartment.
