SECOND PHASE
The project is divided into two plots with 105 and 90 apartments each, integrated into the same architectural concept. The apartments are located on the first line of golf and very close to the hotel and the Golf Club, as well as the sports facilities and Spa.
The first phase, already under construction, consists of 48 apartments spread over 5 buildings with 3 floors and it will be delivered in August 2024 and the second phase will be delivered in March 2025
All the apartments have large terraces with glass railings to enjoy the incredible views of the golf course and the ground floor, as well as having a garden for private use with views of the pool, the gardens of the resort and the golf course that surrounds it.
The homes come equipped as standard, with finished wardrobes, air conditioning, fitted kitchen with appliances, LED lights installed and fully equipped bathrooms with furniture, mirror and screen. In addition, a pack of extras is offered for the personalization of the home.
The residential is a gated community with different parking options: outdoor and indoor. And in addition, it has an adult pool, and a children's splash pool with communal gardens overlooking the valley.
