The space
This is a large 5 bedroom villa built end of 2019. There are three locked rooms in the basement. 1 is our storage, 1 is the linen and house storage and 3rd is the machine room. That said let us walk you through the property:
Top floor where there are 3 bedrooms.
The master bedroom with private terrace and large Ensuite with shower and bathtub with stunning views of the valley and sea. Walk in wardrobes, smart tv and Led lighting.

Down the stairs you come into the general living space, all open plan design with large windows to show off the fantastic views.
We have a toilet here at the bottom of the stairs, dinning area flows into the large kitchen island, and that in turn flows to the lounge.
5.1 surround sound system installed for the large smart tv, as well as integrated speakers in the lounge, kitchen, pool and bbq areas. Which have an easy bluetooth connection system.
The windows open up to a patio area that looks out down the valley and at the large infinity pool. if you walk around to theft you will find our outdoor chill out zone, great for meditating or an afternoon nap and tropical zen garden, further round we have our outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, with large covered terrace area and have our washing machine utility area and back door to get in the kitchen.
3rd floor and semi basement level. At the bottom there is a locked door (storage) the stairs open up to the gym work out area, to the right we have the door to the private Spa zone, with double hydro massage tub , in a wet room with rain, waterfall and hand held shower, and custom built Finnish Sauna.
