This is an ultra modern newly built luxury villa, with infinity pool. The colour lit pool looks out over the Mediterranean, and the Spa Zone boasts a modern Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi hydromassage bath and cascade shower. All bedrooms have smart TVs, and there are 2 x 5.1 surround sound systems, one which pairs with the projector cinema space.
The luxury kitchen is very high spec, with LEDs lighting the island and all the appliances you could need.
There are 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (2 ensuite) all fitted with rainfall and hand held showers. all bedrooms have TV fitted incase you fancy some chilled movie time.
The basement area is extensive so we have fitted a cinema area with a sofa bed, pool table, spa zone and two additional super comfy single beds.
The spa zone is fitted with chromotherapy lighting, double hydromassage bathtub, 3 way shower and hand built Finnish sauna.
The main floor is where you will find the open plan lounge kitchen and dinning area. We have built in speakers in the kitchen, 5.1 surround sound in the lounge, and an outdoor speaker also all have Bluetooth connect to make it easier.
The kitchen is fitted with everything you need including dishwasher. The patio doors open up onto the terrace and pool area to enjoy indoor out door living at its best.
The house has WiFi on every floor, underfloor heating and air-conditioning.

Spared no expense and have covered every detail so you can have all your creature comforts from home, with the added luxury of being on holiday in what we can only describe as paradise. We love the tranquil setting of this location and the easy access to the beach.
