Built in 2006 for the current owners this south facing villa is positioned within a plot of land in excess of 10.000m2 within walking distance of the village of Murla part of the Jalon Valley.
Accessed via an electric gate to the front there is plenty of space for parking numerous vehicles, a covered porch leads into the entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and access to all rooms.
