Large sliding patio doors lead into the apartment from the private terrace/outdoor dining area. Here we enter the large, fully equipped kitchen area with cooking island with nice views towards the sea. An archway leads to the indoor dining area and the spacious living room with wood-burning stove.
Through a corridor we enter the back of the apartment with guest toilet and the master bedroom with very large bathroom with shower unit and whirlpool.
The villa benefits from air conditioning and gas central heating. All the finishes are of marble, tosca and terracotta.
