The house consists of two floors. The ground floor is accessed through a covered terrace with sea views and on this floor there is a living-dining room with fireplace, a guest toilet, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, large kitchen with access to a covered naya overlooking the garden located at the back. In the rear naya we also find a storage area and a toilet with shower to serve when you are enjoying a swim in the pool.
The upper floor consists of four bedrooms and a bathroom. Also on this floor we find an open terrace with unbeatable views of the sea and the cape of San Antonio.
The villa is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning ducts, exterior carpentry with double glazing, a large closed garage that includes a barbecue area inside, plus an adjoining storage room for bicycles or other belongings.
