This project consists of 2 parts.
The right side of the house consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen/dining space with a fire place. Here you will find a covered terrace at the back of the property and also it has its own well.
The left side of the house consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen/dining space. In the middle of the houses you will find a spacious 28m2 courtyard.

The house lies in the Petracos valley of Castell de Castells. It is a valley of fertility. Here you will find the caves of Petracos with its famous prehistoric murals. It has been declared a world heritage site by UNESCO in 1998.
Castell de Castells is a village at the end of the Jalon valley. It is filled with mountains, hiking paths and it perfect to be one with nature. The house is an 8-minute drive away from the heart of the village of Castell the Castells and from Benigembla where you will find several bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. It is just 18 minutes away from the bigger villages of Jalon and Orba where you will find all your amenities.
