We are proud to present you with the Delfin Tower project, which is held by the famous Spanish designer Carlos Serra, who after studying industrial design, decided to change over to interior design.

 

In 1998 he founded the Mercaderde Indias design studio and showroom, which has become a reference point for interior design and furnishings in the entire area of the Valencian Community (Communidad Valenciana).

Currently, Carlos Serra signs the best interior designs of Valencia's private homes with a unique elegance, but at the same time in a very cosy style.

After success in the interior design of the Juan Carlos Ferrero hotel, Serra began his career in the design of hotels, restaurants and commercial premises, in some of the best places of Valencia.

His passion for travelling and discovering new cultures has led him to create a very personal style that combines modern design furniture from leading international companies with old furniture from different continents such as Asia and Africa.

Carlos Serra's undoubted creativity has made him one of the best interior designers.

The apartment building in question is located in Benidorm, in the first coastline of Poniente, which is known for its large, wide and clean beach, less frequented by tourists.

It is a high-end project, made of high-class materials, with a completion and commissioning date of June 2021. This 22-storey luxury apartment building has a total of 44 high-class apartments including:
 

  • 3 apartments with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a toilet, a living room with a kitchen, a terrace, a utility room.
  • 17 apartments with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a terrace, a utility room.
  • 24 apartments with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a terrace, a utility room.

All these apartments are located from the fourth floor to the eighteenth floor, while the top floors of the apartment building include:

  • FLOOR 19-20 – an air-conditioned swimming pool with an area of 52m2 with a panorama of the sea and Benidorm Island which can be used all year round!
  • FLOOR 21 – A Social Club for each resident of this apartment building, where you will be able to get to know each other and talk to other people living in the building. Each apartment will have a separate utility room where the residents may store other things that they do not want to keep in the apartment. In addition, under the infinity swimming pool there will be a specially arranged room for storing various water equipment, such as: canoes or surfboards.

 

The car park at the Delfin Tower is fit for 70 vehicles, 44 of which are distributed into each apartment. Most importantly, each of them has a power socket to charge the electric car!

  • A system of waste disposal channels, separating types of waste for recycling.
  • Central vacuum system in each house installed in the walls to connect a vacuum cleaner.
  • Electrical installation carried out in accordance with the R.E.B.T. with a high rate of electrification.
  • Lighting by means of diachronic LEDs and installation of motion sensors in the common parts of the apartment building.
  • TV, telephone and telecommunication sockets in the living room and bedrooms. Terraces with TV sockets.
  • Jung, Niessen or similar companies' mechanisms and electrical equipment in accordance with the LEED sustainable development certification system.
  • Armoured entrance door with a 240 cm high door-leaf.
  • White lacquered interior woodwork.
  • Built-in wardrobes with shelves, rods and drawers, depending on type. In addition, the wardrobes include the interior lighting system by means of built-in LEDs and interior lined with melamine finish. The doors will be folded and/or sliding and will fit with the rest of the interior woodwork.
  • The internal partitions in the building will be created by means of a modular system of partitions laminated plasterboard, while between the apartments they will be 20 cm thick, with a double structure with 5 boards, acoustic membrane and thermal insulation. As for the interior of the apartment, the walls will be 10 cm thick, using 4 boards + thermal insulation. The bedrooms will also have an acoustic membrane.

The building is under construction and has joined the LEED certification project, an American certification model that is now considered one of the most important in the world, which aims to assess the sustainability of a building with regard to its environmental impact during the entire construction process, from design and construction to commissioning.

 

The LEED certification, developed by the US Green Building Council, is based on the implementation of aspects of energy efficiency improvement in each project, as well as the use of renewable energies, improvement of the quality of the indoor environment, water efficiency and environmental sustainability of common spaces.
