The property described above is a two-storey semi-detached house with an area of 185m2 with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with a toilet, a kitchen, a garage, a terrace and a large garden. There is also a built-up terrace of 20m2, which connects directly to the large garden.
The main entrance to the house is located just behind the terrace. Going up the stairs, on the right you will get to the garage, which is adapted for one car, while on the left side there is a living room. This part of the house takes up most of the ground floor space (ca. 30m2) with an exit to the main terrace and connects to the kitchen, from which there is also an exit to the rear of the garden through the utility room. On the ground floor there is also a separate toilet, which can be used by our visitors when arranging a barbecue. The whole ground floor is designed with the view of spending free time in one separate area of the house, which is a perfect solution for people leading a rich social life, while valuing privacy in other areas.
The first floor consists of two medium sized bedrooms (in the picture bedroom no. 2) with a shared bathroom in the corridor and a third bedroom with a private bathroom, and overlooking the terrace. The second floor includes the fourth large bedroom with a bathroom with a shower and a view of the mountains. This part of the house can be used, for example, as an apartment for guests.
All bedrooms are of course equipped with built-in wardrobes.
This house has gas installation and central heating, which unfortunately is not the rule for every property of this type in Spain. In addition, there is a fireplace in the living room, which not only warm us up on cooler winter days, but also put us in a warm, homely, charming atmosphere. On warm days, to cool down, the residents of this private, closed housing estate have a communal swimming pool at their disposal.
